#ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Mr. Azran Osman-Rani is the CEO of iflix Malaysia, and COO of the iflix Group, Southeast Asia’s leading Internet TV service. Mr. Azran is also well known as the founding CEO of AirAsia X.
Prior to AirAsia X, he is also the Senior Director of Business Development at Astro All Asia Network, a Southeast Asia digital satellite television and radio broadcaster and content producer. In addition to leadership roles in the aviation, media & technology, and capital markets sectors, Mr. Azran Osman-Rani is a former McKinsey & Company and Booz Allen & Hamilton management consultant, and a Stanford University alumnus. He holds a Master's degree in Economics and Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Stanford University.
Mr. Azran Osman-Rani has delivered hundreds of presentations, sharing his experiences of being the founding CEO of AirAsia X at the age of 36. He has been consulted or spoken at a wide variety of organization including Shell, Dell, HP, Maybank, Sunway Group, The Institution of Directors in Denmark and many more.
He is the one who brings real-life hands-on experience in revolutionizing traditional ‘old economy’ industries and developing ‘new economy’ media and technology businesses. He shares practical ideas to infuse an entrepreneurial spirit and an innovator’s mind-set to any organization because he believes that organizations can deploy similar structures, focus and creativity that single-minded entrepreneurs have used to create break through business models and innovative products and services.

Alex Yeoh, graduated with an Engineering Degree from UPM. Since university days, he had ventured into insurance industry from 2007 - 2011.
At the same time, Alex’s also involved in investment industry. He worked for Hong Leong Asset Management as a Regional Marketing executive, RHB Bank as a Share Broker, and TA Investment as a Relationship Manager. His main duty was to build relationship, provide training and investment updates to agents and bankers (etc. Hong Leong, Maybank, Ambank, OCBC, Standard Chartered, Citibank…).
In 2012, Alex upgraded himself to be a RFP and CMSRL holder, and decided to be a full-time Licensed Financial Planner with VKA Wealth Planners, in order to practice full-fledged financial planning services.

#INVESTMENT
An entrepreneur, trader, author and trainer, Choong Ty’ng Ty’ng started her career as a Futures dealer in AmFutures, AmInvestment Bank Berhad and was subsequently promoted to be the Head of Futures Dealing. She was responsible in formulating Futures trading strategies up to execution for institutional, corporate and retail clients. Subsequently, she headed the advisory division in eBroking, AmInvestment Bank Berhad. Her role was to provide advisory services to clients investing in Equity and Futures markets.
She has passed all the modules required to be licensed in both equity and futures trading in Malaysia, administered by the Securities Commission Malaysia.
She is currently the CPE speaker, providing training for fund manager, research analysts, remisiers and futures brokers.
With her multi-talents in the investment market, she is frequently invited as a speaker at various seminars and conferences organised by Bursa Malaysia, including Invest Fair.
